Frequently Asked Questions

We package all of our items very carefully to avoid damage in shipment, but it does happen from time-to-time. If any of your items were received damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with photos of damaged product, so that we may proceed with a claim and replacement. In the rare event that an item arrives to you incorrect i.e wrong size, misspelled etc. please contact us immediately and we'll do everything to make it right.
